ZA/UM’s espionage RPG ZERO PARADES: Director’s Cut will launch on Xbox Series X|S on November 3, 2026, the same day the Switch 2 and PlayStation 5 versions go live. The game follows Hershel Wilk, an operative known as CASCADE, who is pulled back into a new assignment five years after a mission that collapsed her team. Players explore a city, use skill checks to steer conversations, and can influence outcomes through the game’s Conditioning and Pressures systems.

New content and features

The Director’s Cut adds roughly 40,000 new words, a new Dramatic Encounter set in the Quisach Roundabout, and a Backstage Mode that lets players see earlier iterations of environments and hear commentary from the development team. The update also includes new outfits, interface refinements, and quality‑of‑life improvements such as inventory filtering and widescreen support.

In the Quisach Roundabout encounter, Hershel and her old friend Ramses find themselves behind the wheel of a hijacked tuk‑tuk, unable to leave the roundabout while under the influence of a drug.

The Xbox Series release comes after the base game initially skipped the platform; the Director’s Cut will be a free upgrade for PC owners. Alongside the console launch, the title will also be available on Switch 2 and PS5, with the free PC upgrade announced by the studio.
