Wiremind has closed a €35 million funding round. This is the first time the company has taken outside capital since it was founded over ten years ago. The move marks a significant milestone for the firm which has operated profitably without investors until now.
Three new investors joined the company this time to support its growth. They are IronWave, which was formerly Wendel Growth, Bpifrance Investissement through its Large Venture fund, and Seaya Andromeda. The inclusion of these partners signals confidence in the business model.
Despite the new money, the founders keep control of the company. Wiremind’s co-founders, CEO Colin Girault-Matz and CTO Charles Pierre, will remain majority shareholders. This ensures they retain control of the business strategy moving forward.
Founded in October 2014, Wiremind has been a bootstrapped company for twelve years. It was driven by its founders’ passion for data visualisation, tech and optimisation. A partner at IronWave noted that they built systems driving the revenue of the largest rail and air operators during this time.
The co-founders first met at SNCF where they identified a gap in the market. They wanted to create machine learning-powered tools to help transport operators manage revenue and capacity more effectively. This focus on solving real industry problems shaped the company early on.

Its flagship product is called CAYZN, an AI-first revenue management system for passenger transport operators. After being adopted by leading transportation companies, the system has reportedly delivered revenue gains between 5 and 15% on average. This performance demonstrates the value of the technology in practice.
In 2025, CAYZN’s annual recurring revenue grew 81% year over year. The company also said its total revenue grew 67% across the board that same year. It now works with more than 80 clients, 23 of which joined over the last year.
The company has expanded its portfolio to include other specialized platforms alongside its core software. These include PAXONE for inventory and distribution, CARGOSTACK for air cargo management, and EVENTORI for sports clubs and event organisers. Each platform targets specific sectors like transport or events.
CEO Colin Girault-Matz said the founders began their careers more than fifteen years ago in the rail and aviation industries. He explained that this first-hand knowledge allowed them to grow Wiremind while staying completely self-financed and investing in their own R&D. This experience helped guide their decisions during the bootstrapped period.
The funding will be used to support two strategic priorities: expanding into new international markets and deepening investment in AI research and development. The company will continue its growth in South America and extend its reach into the Middle East and APAC regions. This follows its existing success in Europe and North America.
