Holo, a Vilnius‑based AI platform that plans and runs marketing for small businesses, raised €5 million in a seed round led by Market One Capital with participation from Silicon Gardens, FirstPick, Leonis Capital, NGL, Tekton Ventures and business angels. The company was founded in 2025 by product lead Deividas Kovger and growth lead Aleksandras Urbanavicius, and also includes designer Karolis Vaiginis and CTO Arnas Puidokas.

Holo’s platform allows a business owner to enter the company’s website, after which the system learns the products, brand identity and communication style. Based on the owner’s goals it generates a marketing plan, suggests which channels to use and creates ads, social media posts, emails and SEO content in the business’s own voice. The materials are organized in a content calendar that the owner can review, edit and approve before publication, and selected tasks can be moved to autopilot so the platform runs campaigns without further approval.

Within 252 days of launch, Holo had reached $5 million in annual recurring revenue, a milestone it achieved after raising less than €1 million in earlier rounds. The platform now serves more than 20,000 paying businesses across more than 100 countries. The new funding will be used to strengthen the marketing autopilot capabilities, expand its Vilnius team and reach more small businesses worldwide.
