Netflix has confirmed that The Gentlemen season 3 is now in production, with the addition of Robert Carlyle, Elijah Wood and Orlando Bloom to the cast. Production began in mid‑September, earlier than most trackers had expected. The announcement follows the series’ renewal in August, and it marks the start of a new chapter for the Guy Ritchie crime comedy.

New Cast Members

Eight new actors joined the ensemble: Dexter Fletcher, Bruna Marquezine, Ed Speleers, Saffron Burrows and Bugzy Malone, along with Carlyle, Wood and Bloom. The additions bring experience from shows such as Band of Brothers, The Lady and Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, while Bloom previously appeared in a Ritchie film. Returning regulars Theo James and Kaya Scodelario reprise their roles, and Maya Jama also comes back as the fixer Aisha. Daniel Ings is not scheduled to appear, and no mention of Meghan Markle has surfaced.

Production later moved to the United Kingdom, where the crew worked in Dorset, Buckinghamshire and London. The early start and quick turnaround were made possible after Netflix greenlit the season unusually early, a move that helped the series keep momentum from season 2. During the Moroccan shoot, sets flooded toward the end, and a scuffle among extras was reported during a fishing scene at West Wycombe Park.

The new season’s logline centers on Eddie and Susie building a casino in the Middle East, a venture that brings fresh danger and ambition. Guy Ritchie notes the series has expanded in scope, and season three is expected to release in late 2027 or early 2028, a window that follows the roughly 18‑month production cycle seen in season two. The early start and strong viewership of season 2, which debuted at #3 on the global English TV list and later topped the UK top 10, give the project momentum.
