Sirona Medical announced a Series D financing led by Avidity Partners, with participation from 8VC, GreatPoint Ventures and KLT Holdings, giving the San Francisco‑based company permanent capital to grow its RadOS platform and launch a global expansion program targeting the UK, EU, South Africa, New Zealand and Australia.
In the coming months Sirona plans to deploy its AI‑orchestration layer, Cortex, to coordinate diagnostic models and automated report drafting, to open new client‑services hubs in Burlington, Vermont and Cincinnati, Ohio, and to roll out Sirona Global before year‑end 2026, expanding its regulatory and commercial presence in key overseas markets.
