Resident Evil 30th Anniversary Exhibition Unveils Full Map in Tokyo

The World of Resident Evil 30th Anniversary Exhibition will open on the 4th floor of Shibuya BEAM in Tokyo from October 30 to December 24 2026. Tohokushinsha and Capcom have issued a full map and merchandise list for the event. Visitors will move through a series of themed zones that trace the series’ history up to Resident Evil Requiem. The venue will also feature a goods shop where fans can purchase items related to the franchise.

Map Zones and Themes

The map is divided into seven files. File 1, “Legacy of Fear,” leads to File 2, the World of Resident Evil Theater, while File 3, “Evidence of Horror,” splits into three subfiles that explore the virus’s origin, parasitic encounters and mutations. File 4, “Memories of Those Who Stood Against Them,” precedes File 5, dedicated to Resident Evil Requiem, and File 6, the Umbrella Quarantine Station, before visitors reach the final Goods Shop. The earlier August reveal omitted files 1, 5 and 6; the latest update now details them, and the exhibit includes life‑size statues of Albert Wesker, Alcina Dimitrescu and Leon S. Kennedy, as well as a replica of Victor Gideon’s headgear.

Merchandise ranges from a ¥500 shopping bag to a ¥13,200 keychain box set featuring box art of every major entry. Other items include a zombie plush, a Mr. Raccoon keychain, a heat‑changing mug, a stainless steel tumbler, and T‑shirts and socks themed on villains. The exhibition also highlights upcoming releases, noting that Resident Evil Veronica will launch in 2027 and that Resident Evil 2, 3 and 4 are now on Nintendo Switch 2, while Resident Evil Requiem is available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch 2 and PC.
