Sony’s PlayStation subscription service announced a slate of new titles set to drop on October 20 for PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium subscribers, expanding the catalog for the fall season.
The Midnight Walk, a stop‑motion clay adventure, is already available on October 14 for PlayStation 5 and in VR on PS VR 2, giving members early access to a unique dark‑fantasy title.
On October 20, three headline games will join the catalog: Mafia: The Old Country, a third‑person action‑adventure that immerses players in 1900s Sicily; Horizon Forbidden West, the post‑apocalyptic open‑world title that returns after being removed from the catalog earlier; and Mycopunk, a co‑op looter shooter that pits teams against fungal alien enemies on a distant planet.

Additional titles will launch on October 27, including Poppy Playtime: Chapter 2, which takes players deeper into a haunted toy factory; Tales of Arise – Beyond the Dawn Edition, a JRPG set on the planet Dahna; and Monster Energy Supercross 25 – The Official Video Game, a racing title featuring realistic physics and a revamped career mode.
Premium subscribers also gain access to classic franchises: Dino Crisis 2, a 1990s survival‑horror game with dinosaur enemies, and RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 Complete Edition, a park‑building simulation that includes both expansion packs.
PlayStation also offers Premium game trials for Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy and Mortal Shell II, and launches horror‑themed item bundles such as the World War Z Halloween Skin Pack and the Back 4 Blood – Tunnels of Terror DLC offer to celebrate the spooky season.
With a blend of new action titles, classic survival horror, and creative indie experiences, Sony is aiming to keep PlayStation Plus appealing to a wide range of players during the fall season.
