Nine Dots Studio has confirmed the start date for Outward 2 on PC systems. The game will open for play via Early Access starting February 8. Three digital stores will host the release, including Steam, Epic, and GOG.
A delay was announced before this update to ensure quality standards were met. The team expressed thanks to players for their continued patience during the wait. Work is ongoing as the release day approaches.
Viewers saw new footage during a Triple I-Initiative showcase event recently. The trailer focuses on survival rules within the world of Aurai where only careful choices succeed.
Early Access allows users to experience unfinished sections of a title before completion. This status differs from a full launch but lets players engage with the content now.
Fans can visit the official website to read more about the project details. The developers note that the period between now and launch will pass quickly.
