Opel and Vauxhall are presenting a new concept car at the 2026 Paris Motor Show. The vehicle is known as the Sports Tourer eXperimental Concept or STX Concept. Some reports identify it under the Opel brand while others list it with Vauxhall branding.

One report states an illuminated Opel Blitz emblem sits at the center of the front design. Another source describes a modernised Griffin badge in the same position for the Vauxhall version. This distinction reflects regional branding differences reported by each outlet.

The front end features a design called the Vizor on both versions of the car. One report describes vertical angled lighting elements that fade towards the center. The shape includes steeply descending profiles at the rear compared to typical SUVs.

Other accounts mention elaborate three-spoke alloy wheels fitted with specific Goodyear tires. One source links the wheel design to the original Vauxhall Nova. Another description focuses on the aerodynamically optimized rims for stability.

Opel says the concept combines all-wheel drive with a top speed exceeding 200 km/h. Vauxhall reports state the figure is 124 mph for similar performance goals. The electric powertrain details remain undisclosed by the company.

Lighting elements are used to create a distinctive atmosphere inside. Lightweight seats are part of the planned interior direction in both reports. This approach builds on previous concepts from 2023 and 2025.
