Humanly, a Bellevue‑based hiring‑technology startup, announced the purchase of CareerArc, a Burbank‑based recruitment‑marketing firm that helps companies attract and convert job seekers. The deal brings CareerArc’s social‑recruiting and interactive career‑site tools into Humanly’s suite of AI screening and interview products. Nine of CareerArc’s 13 employees are joining Humanly’s team of 50.
The combination allows Humanly to offer automated chat and screening workflows alongside social‑media job postings and visual job‑site maps that let candidates explore openings by location. Humanly’s CEO said the move will help high‑volume employers reach candidates earlier in the search process, bridging gaps between outreach and evaluation.
Humanly has been active in mergers, adding employee‑engagement platform Anthill earlier this year and, in 2025, Sprockets, Qualifi and HourWork. Founded in 2018, it has raised $52 million, including a $25 million Series B round in April, and counts Microsoft, Domino’s, MGM Resorts and others among its more than 120 customers.
