Electric Airship and BatWorks Software announced that the Deadluxe Edition of HorrorVale will launch on October 31, 2026 for the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One; the original PC version was released on Steam on October 1, 2024.
HorrorVale is an RPG adventure that follows Alice and her dog Scruffy through a spooky underworld where zombies, reanimated monsters, and ghosts roam. Players can recruit over 30 unique party members and complete 60 sidequests, while turn‑based combat features more than 500 distinct enemies. The Deadluxe Edition adds new battles, quality‑of‑life improvements exclusive to home consoles, and enhanced visuals and performance.
The project began in 2016 when two friends—an artist and a musician—decided to create an RPG; after eight years and thousands of hours of work, BatWorks Software completed the Deadluxe Edition, featuring hand‑made art.
