Technical Improvements
The Switch 2 version brings several technical upgrades. Output resolution is increased in both handheld and TV modes, and handheld mode now targets 60 fps. Joy‑Con mouse controls are added, and a performance mode is available for both handheld and docked play. Animations, visual effects, level‑of‑detail, shadow quality and texture filtering are all improved, making the game look crisper.
Contracts mode returns, letting players create custom scenarios in story mode and submit them online. Players can choose up to three targets and compete on leaderboards against rival agents. The mode launches on day one and is cross‑platform, encouraging a competitive community.
