Harold Halibut Launches on Nintendo Switch 2

Harold Halibut, a handmade stop‑motion adventure game by Slow Bros., will launch on Nintendo Switch 2 on November 12, 2026.

The title debuted on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam on April 16, 2024, and is also available on GOG.

The story follows Harold, a young lab assistant aboard a city‑sized spaceship that has been submerged in an alien ocean for 250 years.

All of the game’s environments and characters are created from real‑world models that were scanned into a 3‑D space, giving the title its distinctive stop‑motion look.

The narrative is fully voiced, with more than 40 unique characters, creating a cinematic adventure about friendship and the meaning of home.

Slow Bros. has released a new trailer for the Switch 2 version, showcasing the game’s colorful retro‑future world and its hand‑crafted aesthetic.
