The 2026 FIA GT World Cup, to be held on the streets of Macau from 19th to 22nd November, has announced an 18‑car grid that brings eight manufacturers back to the circuit. Mercedes‑AMG returns after skipping 2025, with Lucas Auer, Maro Engel and Adderly Fong driving the trio of GT3 Evo cars. Aston Martin also makes a return for the first time since 2015, fielding two Vantage GT3 Evo cars for Marco Sorensen and Jamie Day. Ferrari’s lineup has shifted, with Alessio Rovera and Yifei Ye piloting 296 GT3 Evo cars for Harmony Racing and 33R Har Racing, while the defending champion Antonio Fuoco does not return. Porsche leads the field with four cars from Absolute Racing, and the grid also features Audi, BMW, McLaren, Lamborghini and other entries.
Formula Regional Field
The 26‑car FIA Formula Regional World Cup, also taking place on the Macau streets from 19th to 22nd November, features the new second‑generation Tatuus T‑326 chassis and limits each of the thirteen teams to two entries. The grid includes six drivers stepping down from FIA Formula 3, the reigning champions from Europe and the Middle East, and the recent title‑holders from Japanese Super Formula Lights and Eurocup‑3.
Both championships celebrate milestones this year. GT3 marks its 20th anniversary, while the Formula Regional series introduces a push‑to‑pass Race Mode system in its new Gen2 car.
