Capcom released patch 4.1 for Dragon’s Dogma 2: Dark Arisen, available on Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. The update adds gameplay tweaks and corrects bugs across many areas, from pawn behavior to UI glitches.

Bug Fixes Across Gameplay and UI

The patch fixes pawn issues such as accidental aerial kicks, eye‑direction glitches, and cliffs that cause pawns to fall. It also addresses character interaction problems, including a tailoring glitch that locked players out of equipment customization and a display bug that left dead characters in the mortuary. UI bugs—like incorrect button‑mapping displays and an “Equip?” prompt that appeared during item acquisition—were also corrected. Players will also notice smoother pawn animations during combat.

Additional fixes target vocation mechanics, enemy behavior, and quest states—for example, the Warrior Goring Lunge now cancels properly, the Magick Archer lock‑on works, and a quest that was incorrectly marked as failed can now be completed. These corrections improve overall stability and player experience. A Switch 2 version of the patch is still being prepared.
