Czech startup FLÆ Robotics raised more than €1 million in seed funding to grow its AI hospitality platform. The money came from Purple Ventures and Garage Angels. The funding will help the company accelerate product development and expand internationally.

BE‑A is an AI agent that automates routine guest communication, reservations and front‑office tasks. It operates around the clock across WhatsApp, email, web chat and phone calls. The platform connects to hotel management systems to check room availability and manage bookings, and it categorises messages to route requests to staff.

More than 60 hotels in the United Kingdom, Germany and the Czech Republic use BE‑A. In July and August 2026 the platform handled about 265,000 messages and 160,000 conversations, averaging over 4,000 interactions a day. The system completed more than 3,400 hotel bookings without human intervention.

FLÆ Robotics will use the funding to speed up product development, deepen integrations and grow its team. The company is expanding its presence in Germany, entering Austria and has launched in the United Kingdom. It also aims to enter the U.S. hotel market.

The investment reflects growing interest in AI‑driven hospitality solutions across Europe. Companies like Altek AI, happyhotel and Bounti have also raised capital this year. FLÆ Robotics’ BE‑A shows that AI can handle many routine tasks, freeing hotel staff for more personal service.
