Bandai Namco Shares Cooking Recipes for Tales of Eternia Remastered

Bandai Namco has shared three recipes inspired by Tales of Eternia Remastered. This effort is part of its Tales of Recipes Remastered series. The announcement coincides with the launch window for the updated version.

The first dish is called Power Udon, which combines udon noodles with a seasoned broth. It includes fishcake and green onions alongside beef short ribs. The broth uses mentsuyu, soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar to create the flavor base.

Preparing the beef requires marinating the short ribs for at least an hour. This mixture includes soy sauce, mirin, sake, citrus juice, grated ginger, and honey. Once cooked by your preferred method, you serve the finished meat over the udon noodles with the broth and garnishes.

The second recipe is a Fruit Sandwich, a Japanese-style dessert made with thick-cut milk bread. It features whipped cream and fresh fruit as the main filling components. The cream uses heavy whipping cream, sugar, and vanilla extract for its consistency.

Optional ingredients like gelatin, cream cheese, or mascarpone can make the cream thicker. Once assembled, you wrap the sandwich tightly and refrigerate it for about an hour. Slicing and serving happen after this cooling period is complete.

The final dish features Hot & Cold Noodles with chilled ramen noodles as the base. Toppings include cucumber, tomato, ham, and thinly sliced omelet arranged over the strands. A dressing combines rice vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, mirin, grated ginger, lemon juice, and water.

Tales of Eternia follows protagonist Reid Hersehel and his allies in Eternia. The realms of Inferia and Celestia clash across the sky within this setting. Grand Fall, a collision of the two worlds, looms as players seek the Greater Craymel to halt it.

Tales of Eternia Remastered releases on Switch, Switch 2, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5 on October 16, 2026. The game also launches for Xbox Series X|S and PC via Steam platforms. Many quality-of-life additions and enhancements are being incorporated in this version.
