During the Sim Racing Expo in Frankfurt, KUNOS Simulazioni and 505 Games announced that the 0.10 update for Assetto Corsa EVO will be released on 9 December 2026. The game, which is already in early access on Steam, will add a free‑roam experience that expands beyond circuit racing. Players will be able to explore a new section of Germany’s Eifel region, including the famous Nürburgring Nordschleife, through a playable demo set up at the event.

Map and Features

The new area is a 1:1 scale recreation of the Eifel district, featuring the Nürburgring itself, nearby villages, country roads and off‑road paths. Dynamic weather, day and night cycles, AI traffic and optional Time Attack events are all integrated into the open‑world map. The map is designed to grow with future updates, adding more roads, landmarks and activities.

The free‑roam mode will support online multiplayer with up to 30 players. Players will be able to race to points of interest such as fuel stations and tyre replacement centres, and will see online leaderboards for point‑to‑point Time Attacks. Further updates after 0.10 are planned to expand the playable Eifel area even more.
