Apple has confirmed its next gathering for Tuesday, October 13. Greg Joswiak, the company's senior vice president of worldwide marketing, shared the news on X. His post included a video of the old rainbow Apple logo stitched onto fabric and the words Welcome home. October 13.
The event will take place in Tribeca, New York. Press members have been invited to an Apple Experience starting at 9am Eastern time. That is 2pm in London and 3pm in Paris. This setup mirrors the format used for the MacBook Neo launch earlier this year.
Apple has not stated if the show will be available for streaming online. Reports suggest it will not be a full broadcast event like previous major launches.
Details about the new products come from Mark Gurman, a reporter at Bloomberg. He noted on his Power On podcast that Apple aims to release these items now rather than waiting until late 2024.
The timing makes sense because the new gear will rely on Siri AI. Apple introduced this upgraded voice assistant with iOS 27 last month. The devices need this update to function fully.

Gurman expects three main hardware pieces to arrive. These include a smart home hub with a built-in screen, a faster version of the HomePod mini, and an updated Apple TV model.
Another major shift involves a partnership with LG for manufacturing. Bloomberg first reported that Apple is working with the South Korean giant on new products.
The items made with LG may include a smart doorbell, a digital lock, a thermostat, and several types of cameras. This covers indoor, outdoor, and floodlight options.
A temperature sensor might be added to the lineup at a later date. The full list suggests Apple is deepening its presence in home automation.
These announcements mark a clear shift toward AI-driven household management. The company is bringing together hardware and new software features to compete in this growing market.
